BlackHand "Selva Valdiviana" Santoku Knife.

7-inch Santoku design with 1.4116 stainless German steel blade. Reinforced with chrome, to give greater retention to the edge and increase resistance to corrosion.

The word Santoku means "three virtues": cutting, filleting and chopping, tasks that this knife performs magnificently. Suitable for meat, fish and vegetables.

ABS handle with excellent roughness, safety and firmness of the handle when there is humidity.

2.5mm thickness.
